The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are popular with young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to get misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include precise statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a couple of which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs come in. When I purchased my Nice Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable product was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece smoothly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Promptly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not current during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a lovely and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, providing me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
